Our diligence point of view starts from the capital stack as a mental model, prizes institutional discipline over AUM-gathering, and begins with managers and process before allocations. We are built to last, not to grow fast.
GP clients never pay for, or receive, preferential treatment in our LP-side work. That wall is documented from day one, not merely intended.
GP advisory is flat-fee or time-based. We take no compensation tied to a manager's capital raise.
We bring vetted relationships as curated defaults while fitting the stack to the manager's strategy. Any referral economics are disclosed to the client.
